TCC has its origin in the activities of the training department of Dedevan, for whom we have been providing trainings since 2006

Results of a recent Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire show us a very high satisfaction rate about:

  • the content and format of the Junior CRA training (1-10); mean: 8,5
  • the employability of the trained Junior CRA (1-10); mean: 8,5
  • the communication skills of Junior CRAs (1-10); mean: 7,5

Qfor label

The Clinical College is very proud to have obtained the European Qfor label that guarantees professionalism of training providers and consultancy firms.

How did it work?
The Clinical College was evaluated on 25 key indicators (business processes and resources needed as a training center), defined as having most influence on the Quality and Results of the Activities of Training Institutes and Consultancy Firms. Examples: structure of the company, creation method of new trainings, experience of the trainers, logistic activities related to the trainings, quality maintenance and improvement (including evaluation of the services and the trainers), ….

The 25 Criteria and the subcriteria are split up in four categories:

  1. EXECUTION OF PROJECTS (Information and communication; Project management; Evaluation and Follow-up)
  2. HUMAN RESOURCES: EMPLOYEES AND SUBCONTRACTORS (Recruiting, selection and integration; Management and Follow up of Competencies and Experience; Evaluation system and Follow-up; Continuous Education, coaching and refresher courses; Collaboration Agreements)
  3. RESOURCES (Equipment and documentation; Infrastrucure and Accommodation)
  4. ORGANISATION (Internal Organisation and Communication; Quality maintenance and improvement)
